Order Support & Natural Foods

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders for natural foods and apparel are processed within 1 hour. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact our support team immediately. Equipment freight orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before shipment.
What is the shelf life of your natural foods?
All Global Essentials Depot nutritional products come with a guaranteed minimum shelf life of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to the expiration date printed on the bottom of the tub or bottle.
Are your products tested for banned substances?
Yes! We take athletic integrity seriously. Our entire performance natural foods line is third-party tested and certified free of banned substances by Informed Choice.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for natural foods?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the flavor or results of a natural food, you can return it within 30 days of delivery, even if it's opened. Note: Apparel must be unwashed with original tags attached.
How do I initiate a return?
Log in to your Account Dashboard, go to 'My Orders', and select 'Request Refund' for the respective order. Our team will review and send a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Can I return heavy gym equipment?
Heavy equipment (racks, weights, machines) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Equipment must be unassembled and in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee and return freight charges will apply.
